GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

At the Annual General Membership Meeting held on November 14th,   Rebecca Henry and Edmond Turmenne were elected to three-year terms. The 2010 Budget as well as year-to-date expenses versus 2009 Budget were presented. The Association is experiencing property tax increases as well as increases in other areas such as laundry services for 2010. This situation combined with reduced income in interest and unit sales will result in the need for a very modest 5% increase in fees. Your Board of Directors and Inn staff are reviewing daily opportunities to save the Association money without sacrificing quality.

INN-PROVEMENTS

In 2009 due to the volatile economic conditions The Board chose to limit Capital Improvements to only those items that absolutely could not be delayed for another year. This included returning the kiddie pool area to complete structural and operational condition as well replacing the ice machine and updating the sprinkler system. Projects planned in 2010 and beyond include exterior and interior painting, re-model game room, re-model front entrance and renovate/expand playground area. These projects are all funded through the Replacement portion of your Annual fees. Comments and suggestions are welcomed and can be sent to the attention of the Capital Committee at the Inn
